Covid-19 origins may never be known, US intelligence agencies say

US intelligence agencies say they may never be able to identify the origins of Covid-19, but they have concluded it was not created as a biological weapon.

In an updated assessment https://community.buzrush.com/profile/piperrobinn/ of where the virus began, the Office of the US Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) said an animal-to-human transmission and a lab leak were both plausible http://www.rippedmass.org/forums/members/piperrobinn.html hypotheses for how it spread.

But there was not enough https://hydrossentialserum.shivtr.com/forum_threads/3661104 information to reach a definitive conclusion.

China has criticised the report.

The findings were published https://www.designspiration.com/piperrobinn/ in a declassified report which is an update of a 90-day review that https://www.kongregate.com/accounts/piperrobinn President Joe Biden's administration released in August.

It said the intelligence community https://dribbble.com/piperrobinn/about remains divided on the most likely origin of the virus. Four agencies assessed with "low confidence" it had originated with an infected animal or https://leetcode.com/discuss/interview-question/1548329/Hydrossential-Serum a related virus.

But one agency said it had "moderate https://www.outlived.co.uk/author/piperrobinn/ confidence" that the first human infection most likely was the result of a laboratory accident, probably involving experimentation or animal handling by the http://clashofclansbuilder.com/forums/thread/387403 Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The report also said Chinese https://v4.phpfox.com/profile-google617cf5fb8be15 officials were unaware of the existence of the virus before the initial outbreak of Covid-19 in the city of Wuhan, in late 2019. But it said China was https://loop.frontiersin.org/people/1538189/bio continuing to hinder the global investigation and to resist sharing information.

Chinese authorities linked early https://www.freeadspostingsite.com/for-sale/health-beauty/hydrossential-serum_i65219.html Covid-19 cases to a seafood market in Wuhan, leading scientists to theorise that the virus first passed to humans from animals.https://www.businesslistings.net.au/_SKIN_CARE/New_York_City/Hydrossential_Serum/671331.aspx

But earlier this year, US https://myworldgo.com/profile/piperrobinn media reports suggested growing evidence the virus could instead have emerged from the Wuhab laboratory, perhaps through an accidental leak.http://www.quickregister.info/classifieds/business-opportunities_2/health/hydrossential-serum_i294907

In May, President Biden https://shortest.activeboard.com/m3580585/profile/ ordered intelligence officials to investigate the virus's origins, including the lab https://www.kityfeed.com/services/hydrossential-serum.html leak theory, which is rejected by China

Responding to the intelligence report, the https://currentlynewsreport.blogspot.com/2021/10/fishing-row-uk-warns-france-it-could.html Chinese embassy in Washington said in a statement to Reuters news agency: "The US moves of relying on its intelligence http://www.goqna.com/user/piperrobinn apparatus instead of scientists to trace the origins of Covid-19 is a complete political farce.

"We have been supporting https://zwatshitangani.co.za/articles/read/hydrossential-serum_263.html science-based efforts on origins tracing, and will continue to stay actively engaged. That said, we firmly oppose attempts to politicise https://startupmatcher.com/p/piperrobin this issue."

Around 240 million cases https://neozzle.com/services/health-beauty-fitness/hydrossential-serum_i9574 of Covid-19 have been confirmed around the world, with more than 4.9 million deaths.http://hydrossentialserum.bravesites.com/
